Lights of Hope

“Once you choose HOPE, anything’s possible.”

Lights of Hope, Program Without Walls provides wide open opportunities for adults 18 or older to maximize their community access and inclusion through a full schedule of activities to meet individualized need and interest rather than isolate Program participants in a sheltered environment.

Individuals are supported in a variety  of different need areas including vocational skills, mobility training, skill assessment, activities of daily living, art, socialization skills, computer literacy, self-advocacy, communication skills, recreational leisure activities and structured volunteer activities. Our support staff will work with our participants and their support team to determine goals and preferences, and together plan a road map of success. Meaningful activities to engage in. These include, but are not limited to:

o San Jose City College

o Zephyr Community Center

o Seven Trees Library

o East San Jose Carnegie Library
